Jessica Teoh

Jessica is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer who assists her clients to achieve practical and efficient outcomes.

Jessica has particular expertise in:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Corporate governance and advisory
• Energy, resources and renewables
• Technology and intellectual property

She has acted for the public sector and the private sector, and for listed and unlisted companies, across a broad range of sectors, including agribusiness, oil and gas, higher education and banking and finance.

Jessica has a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Adelaide. She was the inaugural President of the SA Branch of the Asian Australian Lawyers Association and is currently a Committee member of the SA Branch.
