Jenny Raymond

Jenny is an experienced conveyancer and paralegal who has 30 years’ experience working on real property transactions. She has been registered as a conveyancer and a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers since 1990 and is accredited by the Institute as a Certified Practising Conveyancer (CPC).

Jenny has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and residential sale and purchase of property and conveyancing, including:

• Drafting and negotiating land sale contracts and leases
• Undertaking due diligence investigations in relation to property transactions
• Extensive knowledge of Land Services SA practice and procedures, including the electronic conveyancing regime and use of PEXA
• Advising on all real property matters and applicable legislation

Jenny also has considerable company secretarial experience, including incorporation of companies and preparation of company documents, registers and ASIC forms, and undertaking PPSR searches and registrations.
